Maple-Tahini Granola Recipe

This recipe for maple-tahini granola is extra crunchy with giant clusters that are perfect for pairing with Greek yogurt or plant-based milk. Sweet, nutty, and filled with healthy  ingredients like oats, nuts, and seeds.

Dry ingredients

Mix together oats, almonds, pecans, unsweetened shredded coconut, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and sesame seeds.

wet ingredients

Mix in the wet ingredients: maple syrup, coconut oil, tahini, and vanilla extract.

Bake

Spread mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 30 mins without stirring.

Break into clusters

Let granola cool to room temperature and break into big clusters with your hands. Stir in raisins.
