This 30-minute homemade granola recipe is packed full of chai spice flavor, nutritious old fashioned rolled oats, slivered almonds, chopped Medjool dates, and shredded coconut! Recipe is vegan and gluten free.
mix dry ingredients
Add oats, almonds, shredded coconut, chai spices, and salt to a bowl and mix together.
Mix in the wet ingredients: maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread granola out into one even layer. Bake in the oven.
Let the granola cool completely, then use your hands to break it up into big clusters.
Add the mix ins - chopped Medjool dates and large coconut flakes.
