Cinnamon Roll  Overnight Oats

Cinnamon and maple syrup make these cinnamon roll overnight oats irresistible! It takes just a few minutes to prepare a batch tonight for a healthy breakfast ready to eat in the morning.

dry ingredients

Add old fashioned oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a bowl with a lid.

Wet Ingredients

To the same bowl, add Greek yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Stir

Stir everything up together very well until creamy.

Refrigerate

Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight so the oats thicken.

Portion and serve

In the morning, portion out into two servings and serve with more cinnamon.
