Add ingredients to blender
Place 2 ripe bananas, 2 large eggs, and 1 cup of oats into your blender container.
Blend up the ingredients into a completely smooth pancake batter.
In a lightly oiled nonstick skillet, cook pancakes as you normally would.
Serve up the pancakes with a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
