Greek yogurt

Greek yogurt is a protein-rich food to include in your diet and recipes. As a Registered Dietitian, it is my yogurt of choice because of the higher protein content. Greek yogurt is also a good source of calcium. I have an entire post dedicated to the nutrition benefits of Greek yogurt!

Some of my favorite ways to use Greek yogurt in recipes are in overnight oats, vegetable frittatas, creamy salad dressings, and just as a snack with homemade granola.
