Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- Pinch of freshly cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper to a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy. The mixture will be pretty thick.
- Pour in the water and continue to whisk. This will thin it out to the consistency of a creamy salad dressing.
- Add a few more tablespoons of water if a thinner dressing is desired.
Notes
Storing homemade salad dressing
Keep your homemade Greek yogurt dressing in a glass jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Since homemade dressing does not contain any preservatives, it doesn’t last as long as store-bought dressings.
