How to make Greek yogurt dressing
You don’t need much to make this recipe – just a mixing bowl and a whisk or a fork.
- Add the Greek yogurt to a small mixing bowl with the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, grated or minced garlic, salt and pepper, and finely chopped dill.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
- Add about 1/4 cup of cold water to the dressing and continue whisking to thin it out. You can add a bit more water as desired if you prefer a thinner salad dressing.

I liked it. I’m just having to get used to not using full fat hidden valley ranch recipe. This was quite good. Much better than bottled fat free ranch. Do you have the calories/nutritional content?

Thank you Betsy! It’s one of my all time favorite salad dressings 🙂
The water thinned it out so much that it was nothing but wet and it wasted all of my ingredients so I threw it away
Sorry to hear that this didn’t work out for you! If you make it again, I recommend adding the water a little bit at a time until your desired consistency is reached.

Definitely omit the water,
Add some cumin, and paprika – but my favorite bit, I switched out the red wine vinegar for this amazing citrus champagne vinegar I have – it’s now one of the tastiest dips/dressings I’ve ever had in my life.
I highly recommend this on couscous salad, with any add-ins you like mixed together and then put in a wrap!
