How to make Greek yogurt dressing

You don’t need much to make this recipe – just a mixing bowl and a whisk or a fork.

  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a small mixing bowl with the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, grated or minced garlic, salt and pepper, and finely chopped dill.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup of cold water to the dressing and continue whisking to thin it out. You can add a bit more water as desired if you prefer a thinner salad dressing.
