Mixed Berry Crisp (Vegan, Gluten Free)

This mixed berry crisp is an easy, incredibly delicious healthy dessert recipe. It’s vegan, gluten free, and everyone who tries it loves it!




  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare an 11×7 baking pan.
  2. Wash the berries.
  3. Combine berries, corn starch, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine, coating the berries in the corn starch and sugar. Pour berries into the baking pan in an even layer.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a clean mixing bowl to make the crumble: oats, almond flour, brown sugar, maple syrup, vegan butter, cinnamon, and salt. 
  5. Use your hands to break up the vegan butter into small clumps. The crisp should have a sandy, gravely texture.
  6. Pour the crisp over the berry layer.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until berries start to bubble up the sides.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite vanilla ice cream!
