Make this easy honey whipped goat cheese as an appetizer for your next gathering! Topped with pomegranate seeds and balsamic glaze, serve it with crostini for a quick yet delicious dish.

  • 8 oz log goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 tbsp balsamic glaze, or storebought
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  1. Break up goat cheese into large chunks. Add to a food processor along with Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining – 30 seconds to a minute or so. You may need to scrape down the edges of the bowl once or twice.
  3. Transfer to a shallow bowl for serving. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and thyme.
  4. Serve with crostini for dipping and spreading.

Store this whipped goat cheese dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. If serving to guests, you can prepare the dip ahead of time, but wait to add pomegranate, balsamic glaze, and thyme until just before serving.

This dip will harden up in the fridge, so let it come down to room temperature before serving, which makes it easier to spread.
