I love to enjoy a refreshing smoothie for a healthy breakfast or midday snack. As a Registered Dietitian, I make sure to load up my smoothie recipes with tons of nutrient-dense ingredients including nut butters, chia and hemp seeds, fruits and vegetables.

Two of my favorite smoothies to make are my pineapple matcha green smoothie and my chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie (which seriously tastes like a milkshake)!
