  • 1 ball burrata cheese, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 23 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
